Our Services
HercuWheels offers the following moving services
Moving Service
Professional transport of your furniture and personal items from one location to another.
Packing Service
Professional packing of your items with high-quality materials for safe transport.
Cleaning Service
Professional final cleaning of your old or new apartment according to Swiss standards.
Disposal Service
Environmentally friendly disposal of unwanted furniture and items.
Storage Service
Secure intermediate storage of your items in our monitored warehouses.
Assembly Service
Professional disassembly and assembly of your furniture by experienced specialists.
Booking and Quotes
How the booking process works at HercuWheels
1Quote Request
You can request a free quote through our website or by phone. We need information about your move, including date, addresses, and scope.
2Quote Creation
We create a detailed quote based on your requirements. The quote is valid for 14 days and includes all costs without hidden fees.
3Booking Confirmation
After your acceptance, we send you a written booking confirmation with all details of your move.
4Deposit
A deposit of 30% is due upon booking confirmation. The remaining balance is paid after successful completion of the move.
Prices and Payment
Our prices depend on the scope, distance, and special requirements of your move. All prices include statutory VAT.
- All prices are confirmed in writing before booking
- Accepted payment methods: Bank transfer, credit card, TWINT, cash
- Deposit: 30% upon booking confirmation
- Final payment: After completion of the move
- Additional services are charged based on effort
- Price changes only for significant changes in scope
Liability and Insurance
HercuWheels is fully insured. In case of damage, the following provisions apply:
- Transport and liability insurance up to CHF 100,000 per claim
- Coverage for transport damage to furniture and household goods
- Damage must be reported within 24 hours after the move
- Photo documentation required for damage claims
- No liability for self-packed items (except external damage to boxes)
- No liability for valuables without prior notification
- Higher coverage available upon request
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule your move, please note the following:
- Free cancellation up to 14 days before the move date
- 25% cancellation fee 7-13 days before the move date
- 50% cancellation fee 3-6 days before the move date
- 75% cancellation fee 1-2 days before the move date
- 100% cancellation fee on the move date or no-show
- Rescheduling is possible subject to availability and may incur a fee
